What Your Zodiac Sign Says About Your Money Habits

Nowadays, everyone is a little cautious with their spending. They worry about bills, and wonder if they will have enough for that something extra. Most of the time they learn these habits from how they were brought up. Their parents showed them to count every penny. They showed them the values of monitoring what you spend, and where you spend it. Other times, you’ve learned to spend on yourself, and always treat yourself to those things that are nice. But what if your upbringing wasn’t the only thing that played a part in how you spend your money? Perhaps your zodiac sign has something to do with your spending habits, too:

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

Aries are usually the ones out of all the zodiac signs to save up a large amount of cash, but then they end up spending it freely. However, even with this impulse to spend freely, they are very good at putting a limit on themselves and never allowing their bank accounts to fall below a certain point. It’s in their nature to set goals for themselves, and never fall below those goals.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

Taurus loves the finer things in life. They will not settle for anything less, and will spend whatever it takes to achieve those luxurious things. But they also have a very kind heart when it comes to gift-giving. They will not let anything get in their way when it comes to getting the best gift for someone special, no matter the cost. Although they may seem to be just the spending type, they also work very hard for what they spend. They earn every penny, and make sure they spend it to its full potential.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Ah, Gemini. The unpredictable sign of the zodiac. When it comes to their finances, it’s no different. They know how to keep their  money in order, and never spend it on anything that is unimportant. However, there will be times when Gemini is found gambling their money away. They are the world’s biggest risk-takers when it comes to gambling.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

Cancers are really good at spending their money on things that are essential. They save on a regular basis. When they do decide to spend their money, it usually goes toward traveling first.

Leo (July 23 – August 22)

Leos will save their money for something big. And when they finally have enough for that big something, they don’t feel any guilt whatsoever once they’ve purchased it. They are very proud of their purchase. Unlike some signs, they have the ability to save and spend at the same time. They are great at budgeting and bargain-hunting. And no matter what, they always find a way to look good. They are the kings of the zodiac jungle and have great skills when it comes to money.

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

Virgos usually limit themselves, and knows how to make a penny go a long way. They treat themselves to one treat per month and nothing more. They sometimes think with their stomachs. When this happens, their one treat becomes a delicious gourmet meal.

Libra (September 23 – October 22)

Libras try to balance out their approaches when it comes to their finances. They wish to save a little and spend a little. They like to save for a rainy day, but they also know when it’s time to relax and spend on something they enjoy. They appreciate their own hard work. They do have a wild side and love to go on long adventures or explore the unknown. They will tend to drag along a loved one when they decide to take that little adventure. They also like to surprise their loved ones and will use their savings to sweep their loved ones off their feet.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Scorpios are always thinking about money. They’re not the best when it comes to saving up, but they do have inventive minds and are amazing when it comes to the get-rich-quick schemes. They are quick on their feet and they are very observant when it comes to market trends.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

Sagittarius are hard workers and don’t mind putting all of their effort into the work at hand. They are passionate when it comes to their jobs, and like to show that they can grow within a company and prove to be a great asset. When they spend their money, they like to spend on things that will prove to be of great usefulness. They are good at putting away a good amount of money and they pride themselves on being able to make careful spending choices.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

Capricorns are very down to earth, and they do well when it comes to their finances. They save money and are very smart when it comes to spending it. They never spend on impulse, but they do love to live in luxury. They won’t hesitate when it comes to buying a nice piece of furniture or a brand new wardrobe. They are hard workers and respect their community, and are also very charitable.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

Aquarius is dreamy and very poetic. They take their passions and make a career out of it. They also help to make opportunities for the people around them. When they make money, they tend to put it away so that it can grow into something bigger. But don’t let that fool you - they are also very generous, and will help others as much as they can

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Pisces are able to acquire a large amount of money when they put their minds to it. They go with the flow and tend to let themselves get carried away when it comes to impulse buying. Out of all the signs, they would probably be the first to seek out a financial advisor. They aren’t very good at keeping their money saved up. If they are given some kind of instruction, they could be able to control their spending habits and save up a good sum of money. They could also help themselves come up with a retirement fund and not go into a lot of debt.
