Applicants must be U.S. citizens and Ohio residents who are enrolled at least half-time or accepted into approved nurse education programs at Ohio colleges, universities, vocational schools or hospitals. Students must not be in default or owe a refund to a federal financial aid program and must maintain a good academic record at their institution. Selection is based upon academic achievement and financial need.
