Applicants must be graduating seniors of a high school in Chelan or Douglas County or current students at Wenatchee Valley College who are enrolled in a nursing program. Students must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selection is based on community service, extracurricular activities and the strength of the overall application.
