Applicants must be the children of Canadian citizens or landed immigrants who are members in good standing of the Association for Iron and Steel Technology (AIST). Preference will be given to applicants who have been accepted into an engineering degree program at an accredited Canadian college or university. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
