Applicants must attend high school as a graduating senior or an accredited school beyond the high school level and demonstrate financial need. Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and plan to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR a 2 or 4-year college or university. Applicants who are African American will be preferred.
