Scholarships for Single Parents

I think we should give single moms and dads another chance to go back and start over.

"A single parent's first thought is to care for his or her children - whatever money they have goes to their kids. I know how difficult and frustrating it is being on your own, and what it feels like to worry about how you're going to pay for your kids' needs. My mother was single for as long as I can remember. We lived paycheck to paycheck. I think we should give single moms and dads a chance to start over. It wouldn't be just for the single parent, but for their children as well. I know how much it affected me and how big of a burden it is especially for women. Scholarships for single mothers helps pay for college and builds a career that can support a family."
