Forget the haters who say you have to wait until after Thanksgiving to celebrate! I started my decorating and celebrating the second Halloween was over.
2. The Christmas music station is all that plays in your car
There’s a station where I live that plays Christmas music 24/7 the entire month of December, and my radio is not touched for the entire month. You can never hear enough versions of Santa Baby, right?
3. You decorate your house…a lot
When I was living in a big house with seven other people during undergrad, I got home a little earlier than everyone else from Thanksgiving break, and by the time they were home, our living room looked like the store that Buddy the Elf had decorated.
4. You can manage your spending on everything unless it’s Christmas-themed
I went to the store the other day for groceries and ended up leaving with $30 worth of Christmas decorations, including sweaters and stockings for my cats. I have zero self-control when it comes to anything that is Christmas-y.
5. You can never watch too many Christmas movies
Your ideal night consists of curling up on the couch with a cozy blanket, some hot cocoa, and a list of Christmas movies. Set up a perfect marathon of all of The Santa Clause movies or some of the classics, like It’s a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story.
