Bye-bye teenage years! Turning 20 is very exciting. Although you can’t hit the bars yet, there are plenty of fun, unique ways to celebrate. Here are 20 ideas for your 20th birthday celebration.

Although you aren’t able to drink yet, that doesn’t mean you can’t have some fun. Going to an 18 and over club with your friends can be a great time! As long as everyone is at least 18, everyone can go!

Long gone are the boring days of a never-ending Monopoly games! Have each guest bring a different board game or card game. The more variety the better!

  1. Go to a nice restaurant for dinner

You eat enough McDonalds when you’re away at school all year. Treat yo self!

  1. Go on a weekend getaway

Groupon offers a lot of great deals that are reasonable for your budget.

  1. Host a charity event

Showing all your family and friends how passionate you are about a cause will have everyone joining in on the fun, and can do some good in the process.

  1. Go on a hike somewhere you have never been

For those of you nature lovers, this is the perfect way to spend your special day.

Or take one or two of your closest girlfriends. Everyone could use a fresh pedicure!

Try that something new you’ve been dying to do forever now!

Have another friend or family member with a birthday close to yours? Throw a joint birthday bash, with twice the amount of people and twice the amount of fun! This is also a great way to save some money.

No matter how you decide to celebrate your birthday, just remember to be safe, take lots of pictures, and have fun! Happy 20th!
